 In the rare circumstance that your EssenCiel delivery doesn't meet your satisfaction, please reach out to us at enquiries@essenciel.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please be aware that, for sanitary reasons, we cannot facilitate returns or exchanges for items from our range unless they are deemed faulty or broken.
